CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
A "No-show," is when a patient misses their scheduled appointment without informing the practice. No-shows differ from canceled appointments, where patients give notice before their non-appearance. After four consecutive "No-shows", the patient will be warned of possible discharge from telehealth services.
"Late Arrival" is when a patient arrives at the online session 10 minutes or more after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment. Appointment times will not be adjusted for late arrivals, and the patient must reschedule.
If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, patients must call, email, or send a message at least 24 hours before the start of their appointment time. If you fail to provide at least a 24-hour notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment, the $30 deposit fee will NOT be refunded. Insurance companies will not reimburse for missed or late canceled sessions, nor will they be billed. Notifications allow the practice to better utilize appointments for other patients needing care.

CASH PAY
Patients have the option of paying cash for any and all services. However, Divine Healing Healthcare does offer some services at discount prices if you do not have commercial health insurance.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
All patients are required to have a valid credit/debit card on file. Invoices will be available per request.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Now available for residents in Texas! Patients will have the option to use their health insurance for services. However, a copay will be collected on the day of services.
MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP
For patients who do not have health insurance in Texas, Divine Healing Healthcare offers an affordable monthly membership program where you can experience the transformative power of integrated primary healthcare and weight loss solutions!
